Our story

Our roots

1189
The beginning
The story begins with the union of two families of the Savoyard nobility, the Chevrons and the Villette
1919
Building the vineyard
Pierre Joseph de Chevron Villette, Guillaume's grandfather, was the first to plant vines on the Reillanne estate.

1956
Legacy
Guillaume's father, Bernard de Chevron Villette, settled at Château Reillanne. At that time, the land was cultivated in polyculture with only 8 hectares of vines.
1975
Development
Bernard de Chevron Villette contributed greatly to the creation of the Côtes de Provence appellation and to its development. The property already has 60 hectares of vines.

1983
New era
Guillaume takes over the domain. Having inherited the family passion, he shows his will to be a winemaker. Passionate about ecology, he restructured the vineyard with trellising and sustainable agriculture by eliminating chemical fertilizers and reducing herbicides, insecticides and pesticides.
Today
Commitment
Guillaume de Chevron Villette, surrounded by a dynamic team always ready to take up challenges, continues to write history with new innovative projects.
At the service of a signature reference of Provence wines in private cellars, built around family, environmental, cultural, social and entrepreneurial values. Guillaume is passionate about his job and proudly ensures the continuity of the Chevron Villette family history, built with determination and audacity.

Philosophy and expertise
